Kokolato operates as a traveling, pop-up–based gelato brand. We open limited pre-orders ahead of each city and location release, allowing guests to reserve pints for pickup at select cafés, wellness venues, and special events. Each Kokolato flavor is crafted with a coconut-cream base, filtered water, coconut sugar, real cacao, natural vanilla, or fresh strawberries, along with plant-based stabilizers (guar gum and locust bean gum) and a touch of sea salt. Ingredient lists may vary slightly by flavor and production batch.
