It was another warm tropical night in Ubud (Bali, Indonesia), and everyone was on the edge of their seats curious as to what Jonathan Keim and Alex Malinsky were creating. The kitchen held a divine orchestration of local raw ingredients. Jon and Alex went to work. Together they whipped up a dessert so delicious that music stopped and time stood still. It tasted so good, that after their first time ever making it, investments were raised on the spot, right there at that very party. Boom! Kokolato was born.
